The meeting is over and the minutes are already written

The recording becomes a transcript, a summary and tasks with owners within minutes.

Send us a recording and we will send back the minutes

You can record anywhere

Meeting room

A microphone in the room or a phone on the table. The system tells the participants apart itself.

Online meeting

A bot joins the call as a participant and records the conversation.

An existing file

Upload a recording you made earlier — the minutes will be ready in a few minutes.

What is inside the minutes

A real example from that same meeting. Everything you need in order not to listen through an hour again.

13:00DilshodRight, the date. I propose 15 October and no moving it.
15:00AzizThe integration with processing will be ready by 5 October, then a test on a hundred cards.
22:00NilufarThe agents need a script. I will write it, but who signs off the pricing?
29:00MalikaWith three per cent cashback the campaign lands better. Two is what everyone else offers.

The full transcript with timecodes is attached below the minutes: if you need to, you can always check the exact wording.

Who said what — even from one microphone

The system tells voices apart, not recording channels: one phone on the table is enough.

Participants’ names can be filled in after the meeting; from then on the system remembers the voices.

For closed meetings

Government bodies, banks and anything that must not reach the cloud.

Running in a closed network

The recording, the transcript and the minutes never leave your network. No external services.

Access by role

The minutes are seen only by the participants and the people they were sent to.

Deleting the recording

The original audio can be deleted as soon as the minutes have been approved.

Where the minutes go

  • Word
  • PDF
  • Sent to participants by email
  • Tasks into your task tracker

We will show the list of ready connectors to task trackers and email at the meeting.

What changes when meetings are recorded

Conversations stop ending in nothing, and agreements stop drifting apart in people’s retellings.

  • Nobody takes minutes by hand or drops out of the discussion.
  • Whoever missed it reads the summary instead of quizzing colleagues.
  • The “that is not what we agreed” argument is settled by one line of the transcript.

How it is rolled out

You can start with one regular meeting — the one everybody has questions about.

  1. We pick the meeting

Usually the weekly status or the stand-up: most agreements, fewest minutes.

  2. We set up the minutes

Which sections you need: decisions, tasks, open questions, risks. The template follows your own practice.

  3. We connect the sources

Recording from your video platform or meeting room, and export to email and your task tracker.

  4. We extend it to teams

We add other departments’ meetings and configure who sees which minutes.

Still have questions?

How many participants can the system tell apart?

In an ordinary meeting room it reliably tells apart up to eight voices. For larger sessions several microphones work better — and then there is no limit on the number of participants.

Does it work without the internet?

Yes, in the On-Premise version: the system sits on your own server and the recording never leaves your network. That is usually how closed meetings are handled.

How long do the minutes take?

Transcription runs faster than real time: an hour-long meeting is processed in a few minutes. The minutes appear as soon as the transcript is ready.

Can the minutes be edited?

Yes. The minutes are a draft that the secretary or the chair corrects: rename a participant, sharpen the wording of a decision, add a task. The links to the moments in the recording are kept.

Send us a meeting recording and we will send back the minutes

Any file from any meeting. Within minutes we will show the decisions, the tasks and what was argued about.
