The prompt arrives while the customer is still speaking
The Prompter listens to the conversation, finds the answer in your policies and puts it on the agent’s screen.
We will put the Prompter on one line
What happens between the question and the prompt
Four beats, all of them while the customer is still finishing the sentence.
The customer speaks
Audio streams into the system without waiting for the end of the sentence.
0 sSpeech becomes text
Streaming recognition transcribes Uzbek and Russian speech on the fly.
≈0.3 sThe AI grasps the topic and finds an answer
It works out what the question is about and finds the right clause in your knowledge base.
≈0.5 sThe agent sees the prompt
The answer and a link to the policy clause appear in a window next to the CRM.
≈0.8 sFour kinds of prompt
The Prompter does not pour out advice: it shows what is needed in this exact second of the conversation.
The card was blocked by fraud protection after an online payment. Offer to unblock it with an SMS code, it takes a minute.
Card blocking policy, clause 4.2The customer agreed to unblock. Check whether they need a new card with contactless payment.
Sales script, step 4The customer is repeating the question for the second time. Soften your tone and give an exact timeframe.
Handling dissatisfactionThis product comes with insurance to offer. The conversation is heading to a close.
Call checklistHow it looks at the workplace
The Prompter window sits beside the CRM and does not cover it. The agent opens nothing and switches nowhere.
- On the left the familiar CRM, unchanged
- On the right the prompt and a link to the policy clause
- At the bottom a reminder of what the checklist still misses
What the agent gets
After the call the record fills itself in
While the agent says goodbye, the Prompter has already written the summary and sorted it into the CRM fields.
- Enquiry topic
- Card blocked after an online payment
- What was done
- Unblocked with an SMS code, confirmed by the customer
- Outcome
- Resolved during the conversation
- Next step
- Call back in a week about insurance
Fields of the call record
Analytics finds it, the Trainer drills it, the Prompter covers it
Three products close one loop: the weak spot is visible, it gets practised, and on the live line the agent is still backed up.
Speech Analytics
Reviews every call and shows what an agent is weak at: the rate objection, for instance.
AI Trainer
Builds an exercise around that weak spot, with an AI customer and a score.
AI Prompter
On the live line it suggests the answer while the skill has not yet settled.
Where the Prompter gets its answers
From your documents. You upload the files and the Prompter starts answering from them — no developers needed.
Policies and instructions
The procedure for every type of enquiry.
Answers to common questions
What the agents already ask each other.
Tariffs and terms
Rates, fees and timelines, with the date they take effect.
Sales scripts
The steps of the conversation and how to handle objections.
Updated a tariff? Upload the new file and the Prompter answers from it on the next call.
What changes when the Prompter is on the line
The prompt reaches one agent, and the result shows across the shift.
- No need to hold a hundred tariffs in their head: the answer appears on screen during the call.
- No putting the customer on hold to ask a colleague or open a policy document.
- A new hire sounds experienced from the first shift, not after three months.
- New hires reach the line sooner: the Prompter takes on part of the training.
- Fewer escalations: simple cases get closed on the spot.
- You can see which prompts open most often — those are the gaps in training.
- An objection does not go unanswered: the right wording arrives while it is still relevant.
- The cross-sell is not forgotten — the Prompter reminds the agent as the call goes.
- Strong agents’ wording spreads across the team instead of staying a personal trick.
- The agent does not promise what the company does not do: the Prompter supplies the current terms.
- Update a tariff and it applies on the line from the next call, not after the next team meeting.
- The CRM record fills itself in, and it holds what was said, not what the agent recalled.
How it is rolled out
The Prompter starts from your documents and one line, not from rebuilding the contact centre.
Building the knowledge base
You upload policies, tariffs, answers to common questions and scripts. The Prompter starts answering from them — no developers needed.
Tuning the prompts
We decide when the Prompter stays silent and when it speaks up: an objection, an unfamiliar question, a mandatory step of the conversation.
A pilot on one line
We give the Prompter to one group of agents and compare them with the next: call duration, scores, repeat enquiries.
Rolling out to the shift
We carry the settings over to the rest, connect the CRM and telephony, and add prompts based on the first weeks.
Still have questions?
Does the prompt distract the agent during the call?
The Prompter shows one prompt at a time and stays quiet when the conversation runs smoothly. The threshold is configurable: you can leave only the critical reminders.
Does the Prompter work in Uzbek?
Yes. Streaming recognition understands Uzbek, Russian, Kazakh and English speech, including when the languages mix in one sentence. The prompt arrives in the language your policy is written in.
What if the answer is not in the knowledge base?
The Prompter says so: instead of a prompt the agent sees a note that the question is not covered by the documents. Such cases are collected into a report that shows what the base is missing.
Which telephony systems are supported?
The same as for Speech Analytics: Asterisk, Avaya, Naumen and others over SIP and MRCPv2. The streaming mode needs access to the call audio in real time.
Let us put the Prompter on one line for a pilot
We will take one scenario and one group of agents. In two weeks we compare the conversations before and after.
